X-ray CT scanning
UoMaH has its own X-ray computed tomography (XCT) laboratory system and provides an XCT scanning service for both academic and commercial users. XCT allows you to look inside your sample without having to cut it open! If you are interested in 2D radiography or 3D computed tomography scanning, contact us to discuss your requirements.

Our rates per 3D scans are £150 for academic customers and £500 for commercial customers. We charge radiography (2D imaging) at a rate of £150 per hour and data processing at £150 per hour.
